Megan Swope is an Independent Sales Director with Mary Kay. In 21 years with Mary Kay Cosmetics, Megan has risen to the top 1% of this Fortune 500 cosmetics company, achieving over $4 million in combined unit retail sales to date. She has also earned the use of 12 career cars, including 5 pink Cadillac’s an achievement made possible by her unit, the Miracle Makers.
Prior to joining Mary Kay, Megan was a Registered Nurse at Holy Spirit Hospital for 10 years. While there, she worked in critical care as well as recovery room and outpatient surgery. In 2019, she returned to due to her husband’s medical needs. Most recently, she worked as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.
Megan has worked as an image and communications consultant with local businesses, including Members 1st Federal Credit Union and has been honored to be asked speak at the Mechanicsburg Chamber, WeCan Connect, and many other events.
A graduate from Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing, Megan holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing her BSN.
